The School Social Work Association of Nebraska is dedicated to promoting the profession of School Social Work and the professional development of School Social Workers in order to enhance the educational experience of students and their families.
Promote service delivery models that will empower children, families, schools and communities to be effective participants in the learning process. - Develop and maintain collaborative relationships with various local, state and national associations, organizations and educational institutions for the purpose of meeting the needs of children and families. - Stimulate the development and effective delivery of School Social Work Services - Encourage and facilitate the educational and professional growth of School Social Workers.
