SSWAN offers opportunities to facilitate the educational and professional growth of School Social Workers and other youth serving professionals through:
Fall Retreat - held annually in Lincoln
BYOBs - offered regionally and/or virtually
Annual Conference - generally takes place in Omaha during the spring on the UNO campus
SSWAN acknowledges the need for continued professional growth and encourages attendance at regional and national conferences. We encourage members to apply for our Conference Scholarships to help offset the costs.
