SSWAN representatives met on 5/31/07 to adopt a new Strategic Plan to establish goals for the organization. Four goals or objectives were identified and specific strategies were identified to achieve stated goals were stated. Goals are as follows and the strategies are further identified in attached documents below.
Goal #1: We will increase networking opportunities and membership of school social workers statewide..
Goal #2: We will increase and maintain involvement in SSWAN of SSWs in the Eastern Region..
Goal #3: We will establish plans to improve the internal organization structure of SSWAN to better address the needs of its members.
Goal #4: We will implement plans to advance SSW opportunities and causes within the Legislative arena. |
